Had the worst shift yesterday.

Two calls with human shit, and two calls that turned to shit...

I hate when things go wrong....all at once....I think we could have done much better....and I'm not passing the buck, but I am having issues with how those calls were ran....yesterday was OT so I wasn't with my normal partner....and I think he would have ran them alot different.....got to toss it away though...start fresh tomorrow.
