I have a character idea for a Shadowrun story I would like to write. I'm writing it down here because, well, because I felt like sharing. It's an Ork, 35 years of age. His name is Bogart. Bogey for short. He was corpsec for Ares for his entire life, raised as a corp citizen. He retired with distinction after taking a bullet for a high placed corp exec. The kind of wound that requires burned Edge to survive. Since he retired, he uses his skills as an investigator and private security, kind of like Liam Neeson from Taken. In fact, Liam Neeson as an Ork. I love it. So he's got this alphaware chrome. Wired reflexes, bone lacing, cyber eyes, implanted commlink. 35 is old for an ork. That's the twilight side of their golden years. I want to write a story with the basic synopsis of him being hired to provide security for a sarariman's daughter. She gets kidnapped and he has to get her back.
