Oh, the color should be just as you drew it, or as close as tattoo ink can be. I want the seaweed to be 'red and brown,' just like in the poem, so the mermaid has to be all with the greens and blues and yellows for contrast, and all. :-D
Tonight I saw some of my music performed. This would be .the ....7th time in my life that I've seen my work performed for an audience.

Thanks, honey!! I'm having so much fun with it. Best part about the ones I already made (except for the key one) is that I can make as many of them as I want...the tooth mold and the bone mold are permanent. Technically I can make a whole bunch of silver keys, too, but I only have one original, so that particular necklace will be unique.
And the key shinkage...well, the material I use always shrinks approximately 12% in the firing process...so I didn't shrink it on purpose, I just couldn't avoid it, ha!
