A few weeks ago, I promised elodyKat a picture of naked lunch.

Obviously I am unable to resist an excuse to go all nudie with the camera....but somehow I forgot to post it. So I am sorry for that tremendous oversight. It was cruel and dastardly and has hereby been rectified.

That said, I really need more time in my life for nakedness.

Mainly, I've been working late, doing lots of aerial, and also lots of running.



I actually wore out my running shoes.


It made me sad....these are the shoes I learned to run in. So they're sort of an extension of my own feet.

I promise I don't have a weird excercise fetish...it's just I'm really focused on this 1,000 mile goal, which was really intended to help me streamline my fitness so I'd be a better climber and aerialist. So the pullup bar is for aerial, and the running is for....well honestly so I can say I ran 1,000 miles this year, and make people say oh, wow.
