I've been sick lately.
Losing weight when I don't mean to, and I mean there is no fat beneath my skin, I am losing my shape.
The doctor has run some blood tests, so I'm waiting to hear if it is a thyroid problem, Celiac disease, liver or kidney failure.
I'm hoping for thyroid or celiac, I suppose....at least I know those are treatable.
My book is still out there....I've gotten about half rejections, and am still waiting on some responses. One of the rejections I think I'm going to pursue further, even though it is not the done thing. The particular agent is just absolutely what I am looking for, and from everything I've learned, my book is what he is looking for.....but I got a photocopied form rejection. So I think I'm going to venture a second attempt and politely reintroduce myself and request that he personally look at my materials before I give up on him. What's the worst that can happen....he reiterates my rejection?
I'm still waiting on one agency that I think is plausible (along with a few more that I believe will not be a good match but who knows...), but I want this agent more than all the rest

It's definitely worth pursuing that one agent a bit further, since if they seem to be a good fit you might as well. Worst that could happen is they say no again and give you the same rejection notice.
