I was looking at old threads on vegan restaurants in Chicago, and I was wondering what you thought of Ethiopian Diamond, and if you had found any other vegan friendly restaurants that you really liked. Stuff like Pick Me Up and Chicago Diner etc, is obvious, I mean more like off the wall ethnic or unknown spots.

My sister has a two and a five year old. I love my nieces more than I ever thought possible. Its great to play with them and I would do anything for them, but its also nice to come home to my quiet apartment.
