I was going to follow my @missy, @rambo, and @charmaine homework exactly; but then I decided I wanted to teach you all something interesting via video and not just text.....so today we will discuss my favourite set!!! <3

I've got it!!!!
Rain Dance was my absolute favourite set to shoot thus far! It was a group effort, but shot by the every lovely and talented @sobelle! The set was shot last summer August/September 2013 at the Las Vegas SuicideGirl shootfest!!!
My idea for the set came from an idea I have for a future image idea. I love the idea of being still in mayhem, so I wanted to capture me reading/writing/listening to music; all while commotion is happening amongst the fellow SG's behind me.
Well, as most of you know, I live in the desert that is Las Vegas, and we never see rain; but as most of you don't know, I love the rain, and crave it dearly! So, when we began the shoot, the girls were perfectly placed behind me without even having to ask, they were actually talking, hanging out, and enjoying each others company(as I have found is this most rewarding part of being a suicide girl).
When we began to shoot, we just had to find the perfect spot for me to be "quiet", the bench was just it. As the shoot progressed, I wanted to portray that I was over the noise, over the reading, over the writing, I just needed to escape....
As I walked into the yard to dance in the grass......
IT BEGAN TO RAIN!
It could not have been anymore perfect!!!!!
@kurosune and someone else (sadly I can't remember who) had to run out into the yard and hold a reflector over @sobelle to protect her camera! We all laughed, danced, ran, rolled, and enjoyed the rarity that is rain in Las Vegas.
Most sets that you shoot for SG are just you and the photographer, but not this one. I was able to experience an entire yard full of lovely ladies enjoying a beautiful Vegas day.(There was even another shoot taking place in an adorable gazebo!)
and of course that is the unbelievably sexy @lego in the background!
Plus who doesn't love knee high socks????
I love that you can even see the rain drops in this one!
Sadly the set never saw the front page....
But I still have the best time creating it!!!!!
