When you choose to do business with people you expect a certain degree of professionalism; it’s actually a quite reasonable thing to expect from them. You give a certain amount of trust to your co-workers/collaborators from the get go and the rest in earned by the work they do and routinely proving themselves. Agreements are made and need to be kept to.

I’ve recently had the unfortunate pleasure of collaborating with someone who chose to not be professional. Who chose not to be trusted. Who chose not to prove himself. Who chose not to honor his agreements.

Anthony (Tony) Oxley chose to be all of the above. He routinely did not update missoliviablack.com with the weekly uploads he was supposed to. He lost several photo sets that were to be posted. He couldn’t keep to his word when he promised to finish an upload or basic blog posts daily. He did not allow my staff or myself to access the site. He failed to respond to subscriber questions or needs. He made promises he never kept. My site was only supposed to be down for a few days and instead took over a week to get up and two weeks to produce a still non-finished product. The last straw happened a few days ago. We had an agreement that the work he did would be completed in a timely fashion and to my satisfaction prior to any payments being made. I had left a very detailed list, numerous times, of what needed to be completed before payment was made. He then decided to move “slightly” quicker to accomplish his tasks. However, before he was finished with his list he just decided to go into my private PayPal account and send himself his payment plus a tip. He then attempted to not let me have access to the website when I parted ways with him.

So, to all you ladies who work with or are thinking about working with Anthony (Tony) Oxley or any of his “businesses” (Vixens of Ink or Worldwide Elite), beware. He’ll lie, not follow through, give excuses for not doing anything, and invade your private files and financials without your permission. Do not get taken like I was.
