Thanks for all your congratulations!! Our time last week was 1:15 but we stopped to take pictures and a lot of rests. Kelly and I plan to swim it again in late November (brr) and this time we'll probably care about our time. The Alcatraz high has kinda worn off and I really need to have another goal. In the mean time, two important things are happening:

1. I'm doing the Fight Gone Bad IV fundraiser benefiting Atheletes for a Cure and the Wounded Warrior Project with my Crossfit affiliate. The basic idea is you donate to the cause, and then on September 26, I perform the Fight Gone Bad workout to the best of my ability. Last year I raised $390 and my score was 208. This year I'd like to raise $500 and I'm aiming to score 280. Check out last year's video to get a feel for the event or just to see me suffering!

2. Today kicks off EXTREME FAMILY CON '09. s5's parents arrive tonight, then my parents arrive on Monday, then my brother and sister arrive on Sunday. It's, seriously, 5 weeks of family. Pray for me, please!
