I lied. I switched breakfasts. Here's what it is now:

- Tofu scramble with zucchini and baby spinach
- Fruit smoothie made with peaches, plums, and strawberries

I swim from Alcatraz to SF next weekend. So far I haven't been molested by rabid sea lions while swimming in the bay. There's still time, though.

I haven't gone to Burning Man for the last 3 years. Instead, I went to Balsa Man at Baker Beach, which was just enough Burning Man for me. People made miniature art and burned it while a miniature drum circle played and people did miniature fire dancing. After they burned the miniature man, we went to a restaurant and enjoyed the comforts of civilisation. The next day, my friends had a Staying Man party. I dressed up in ancient playa-wear like no self-respecting 31 year old woman should ever do. Here's what it looked like.
