i'm somewhat chagrined by the popular vote, i've argued forever that the electoral college is crap and should be done away with so by my own argument and based on the numbers that i have to concede that bush should be the victor. i can't believe i just said that

glad to see minnesota went to kerry, i was worried. i know i moved away, but the conservative shift there worries me, it is such a great state to live in (well, during the summer), and since the politics have shifted it's getting worse and worse there, the day of the wellstone liberal is all but gone

got some more news on first avenue closing, it's mired in lawsuits between the owner and the two managers, sounds like there's a chance that the managers will be able to take it over but under a different name, but there's still a chance the property could be sold and the building torn down

looking forward to spending some time in the garage tomorrow getting my scooter ready for the ride down to tucson, some much needed quality time getting it all dialed in nicely
