Why are vegans such assholes? Preachy, crazy, stupid and huge assholes. That’s the way many people see vegans and I (as an asshole vegan) think I know why.
The reason many people think vegans are assholes is in the minds (or the hearts) of those doing the thinking. It’s because vegans call into question a lifestyle that causes pain, suffering, death, injustice and pollution, and that lifestyle is ours. It’s not easy to admit that my mortadella is made, in reality, from an animal more intelligent than my three-year old child.
