I've dealt with insomnia for over 15 years. It started from nightmares, but at this point I think I'm just used to less sleep. I've heard sleeping pills might help, but certain kinds are addictive and can mess with your dream cycles, so... 🤷🏻 Look at the bright side, insomniacs tend to be more creative.
