there is a great big hole in the back of my mouth and i keep wanting to feel it with my tongue- this is driving me crazy. i want to smoke a cigarette and a couple of bongs too but i can't. i'm at my folk's house on many drugs. the whole tooth-pulling thing took five minutes, it was faster than McDonald's. i threw my last cigarette outside the doctor's office and it was still smoking when i came out!
