Damn winter...........I have enough money to pay my rent for three months, and hella more than I have ever had before to go on a ramble.
I was thinking greyhound to Nashville, then train hop, greyhound or whatevah, to Atlanta, Savannah, and Athens. Then dip over to Dallas. Big adventure. I have enough money and since I am almost unemployed, I have the time.
DALLAS low temp 30 degrees
ATLANTA low temp 37 degrees and rain
Bummer, way to cold for sleeping on the streets, believe me I have done that before. I survived, but that is all I will say of such foolishness. So I thought as a plan B, I would take a week or two of not working, to just chill.
Catch up and finish all of the paintings that are laying like dirty laundry, screaming "finish me". Mix down all of the music that I have made in the last six months. Mail packages to publishers and all of the other art projects that ever consume my life.
Then pesky plan C came along. My friend offers me a job, flexible schedule and way past cake. It seems to easy to pass by this opportunity. Albiet I will probably save my money and ramble during the summer I am really in the mood to travel right now.
