My disc drive is worse now than when I sent it in for repair 2 weeks ago and they are now saying it's physically damaged and thus not covered by the $300 service plan I bought for it less than a year ago. Bull shit! It was weak and broke down and they fucked it up even more, but deny it of course and won't fix the damn thing after having it for 2 weeks and just sending it back to me even more fucked up than it was.
