Ahh. Yesterday was great. I didn't have to work but for a couple of hours and so I ventured out and about to take in a couple of festivals: the Central Community and the Bite of Seattle. Both were groovy. I got a lot of sun, despite putting on some sunscreen. My back is toast. After the Bite I went to Matthews and went swimming and played some Frisbee with some friends. We saw TWO BALD EAGLES looking for a catch atthe beach. It was awesome. One flew right over my head. It was just so awesome. I love the Pacific Northwest for stuff like that. They were so beautiful.
After all that I met up with my new girlfriend and met her son over dinner. He's a gem. He's the most adorable 6 year old little man I've ever met. He's a really good looking kid. Very shy and in his own little world, due to autism and just being a 6 y.o. He was all over the place, but truly adorable.
After dinner it was a slow and steady bikeride home, then to work. Then home, where I finished watching, sort of, Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas. What a crazy movie. I've been there though. To both LV and trippyland. I can't wait to go back to LV though. That place is so much fun!
Today, I've worked my morning shift and now I'm chilling at home, watching thre rest of the Brothers Grimm, which I'm not really into and gonna have some fresh brewed coffee that I rarely make for myself anymore. If it doesn't impede me from doing so, I may take a nap before seeing my therapist later this afternoon and going to work at Agua Verde for the rest of the day. Damn, it' s gonna be another hot and sweaty day, but I love this shit. I love summer and the sun and not having to wear much except that which will keep me from getting arrested for indescent exposure!
