I'm telling you...life is good. And getting better.
This DBT stuff is saving my life. I've worked 14 and a half hours so far and haven't lost it yet. I'm gonna go in for my last shift and then call it a day here soon. Only to get up bright and early for another one. But, it's all good.
I haven't drank in over 5 weeks and it feels great. I haven't overeaten in I don't know how long, and that feels great too.
I'm feeling healthier and happier despite turning another year older today. Yup. Three dozen years behind me. But don't tell anyone.
