Whoa! It's actually stopped raining?! I may get to bike up Capitol Hill and stay dry?! I'm stoked. Ah, the glory of it!!

I'm perfecting my calamari too. What luxury! I just need to learn how to brown the crust, keep it on, all the while not making it have the texture of rubber. Today's texture was awesome and it was tasty, but the crust was mushy and non-existent.

Off to conquer the hill!
