whatthehell might as well start here as anywhere: finally got the samovar we ordered direct from the Russian factory! It was shipped in a linen wrapper with 14 wax seals on it which was almost as cool as the samovar itself. now I have to get a step up transformer and we\'ll be in business. Hopefully it will slake the thirst of the Sunday class. Otherwise just another day of translating Sanskrit and brooding on the things I brood on - but did a good reading, at least, which was something.
