Happy belated new year! Not much happening here, just trying to stay grounded. I think I have fallen for this one girl that I am friends with, and she is reciprocating, albeit rather slowly. I think about her all the time and am always excited to see her. Anyway, enough about love lorn bullshit here. The one thing that has been stuck in my head lately also is also the song "The Pit" by the Silversun Pickups. A track with a bit of "darkness" to it, a certain desperation that somehow resonates within me. I can dig it, I hope you will too. It's below;
