Simply put, Bright Eyes is one of the most talked about folk/acoustic musicians of our time. With the release of the new album "Cassadaga", their aspirations might be to stirr even more buzz and infiltrate young minds with even more paranoia and awareness about the situation of their country. A known animal rights activist and vegan, Conor Oberst has also been known to be drunk many, many times while on stage. Such was the situation last night as he and the rest of Bright Eyes came to the Pabst Theatre here in Milwaukee. He continually persisted on plugging the opening bands with "holy shit, did you guys see (insert band name here", and "I mean holy fuck, I love those guys, they are one of my favorite artists" and the sort. Despite being absolutely clobbered by alchohol and falling over his band members many times, he delievered a very good set.Below you can find a few pictures from last night, including the setlist I was able to recieve from one of the roadies.
