try a tall glass of warm water with a teaspoon of cyanne pepper and a teaspoon of raw apple cider vinegar (very important its RAW. Apple Cider Vinegar.. not some white vinegar or processessed apple cider vinegar). keep drinking glasses of that throughout the day.. youll get better real fast.. if you arent into that kind of thing then i hope you recover quickly. feel better.
