I am FURIOUS. I am on ModelMayhem and I am thinking of deleting my profile and giving the finger behind my little laptop screen to that website for good, rather, most photographers I have encountered. Someone contacted me to do a shoot. I looked at his portfolio, and it was heavy on the tiny little huge breasted blond girl in a swimsuit, their faces all wearing the same expression. Then there were some images of "larger" women, all absolutely stunning beautiful bodies regardless. BUT THEIR HEADS WERE MISSING, THEIR FACES WERE MISSING.
I asked him out of curiosity, since they were nude, whether it was the models choice or at her request to not have her face shown. He said no, that he had cropped them out.
WHAT THE FUCK?!
That's not the right time I've asked that question and gotten that answer!
Oh because she has a few little dimples of cellulite on the back of her thighs, you're going to CUT HER FUCKING HEAD OFF?
Oh shit, she's sitting down and her stomach is a little folded over, shit cut out her face!

You aren't going to show the whole woman because she's "fat"? I asked just to clarify why it was that he did that, and I was told it was to make it look more "artistic" since the model was plus sized and because her face was unattractive and she was plus sized.

I am not A SKINNY LITTLE THING, and I go through my little "fits" but I wouldn't consider myself plus sized. No one I know considers me plus sized and I have a pair of jeans that's a 12? That's really plus sized?
Why not show real plus sized women? And isn't the typical plus sized model, just really the perfect "Goddess" silhouette? While that is beautiful, what about plus sized women that aren't blessed with a tiny waist, perfect shapely legs and hugs hips? What about the ones that are shaped like apples?
