oki

the answer to my last post is...................dirty blonde. when i was little it was damn near white from the combination of spending all my time at the beach. i've been colouring my hair for so long i some times forget what colour it is myself!

anyway, spring i think is finally here, my grass grows about a foot a day. i would love to dig up my entire lawn and replant it with flowers so i did'nt have to mow it. i'm stressed out with school, one more week of classes then finals and i'm done. i think i might actually try to take a vacation this summer, i'm gonna need it.

i have to wash clothes and cook some food now.

on Oki's menu today:

lemony chicken ceasar salad.

Romaine
red onion
4 lemons
6 tablespoons crushed fresh garlic
4 tablespoons Parmesan chz
1 teaspoon Worcestershire
salt and pepper
2 anchovies
1.5 cups Olive oil

combine lemon juice of 3 lemons and cheese,worsh. anchovies, garlic,s&p, and 1.5 cups extra virgin olive oil in food processor. sauted chicken with remaining lemon juice salt and pepper to taste. toss with salad dressing romaine and onion. eat and enjoy!!
