i got the new job. i am so happy and excited i feel like a big weight has been lifted off of my shoulders. tonight i will celebrate by going to be early smile

The Italian place? Cool. Almost fine dining is good for $$$. Do they have a good wine list? I can teach you a few things about Italian wines, sell a few nice bottles and that really drives the check average up (what a restaurant geek I am, damn), meaning more tips for you. Really the best Italian wines are (in my opinion) the Amarone (say it "am uh RONE ay"). If there are a couple on the list you need to sell one to every table. You'll make bank (and the guests will be happy as well).
