i feel so shitty today, it's a comco of both the usual pain and the detoxing of the meds. i have spent enough time in the shower and the bathtub today to qualify as a fucking fish. tommorow i'm off to make a new dr. appt. i hope i get in tomorrow ir the next day.

Secondly: If you haven't tried it yet, and you can afford it, get a new bed. I used to have some wicked back pain, until a trip that my wife an went on. While we stayed at this bed and breakfast my back felt great. It was the mattress' they had. So anyway, after we got home, I broke down and spent about $1500 on a new mattress. I won't tell you what kind we got, 'cause I think it's one of those things that's different for everyone. Anyway, if you get a chance, go to a mattress place and test some out.

i'm off to take my last final in a few hours and bring my first year of college to a close. unfortunatley it's a math final and i suck at math. i understood the stuff at the begining of the class and at the end but everything in the middle makes to sense to me. i hate math

after some beers we made her drink 3 shots of sambuca and then a 'cookie monster' which is a 5 liquor shot that is set on fire.. and then the bar gets set on fire and you have to drink it through a straw.
and she didnt even puke!
