@skisby StoryGraph is great. More independent, Black-owned, no chance of seeing nazi propaganda, doesn't support Bezos, and so forth. Doesn't quite have all the same features as Goodreads just yet, but I believe it's something they are working on, while also trying to create their own vibe. The option to transfer the data was really helpful, and worked like a charm for me.

We're officially in September, and I think that from here on out, my music career will be fully revived. A bandmate in my new project has helped us find a rehearsal area that we can rent on a monthly basis, and we have the chance to star recording there as well.

@jecht Thank you! Yeah, my overall struggles in life have taken me on a detour for far too long, it's time for me to take the control back and follow my dreams to the fullest.
