So last friday I applyed for a team lead position at work and today I got the email saying that I got an interview.

The interview doesnt worry me...what does is the time....1020 am in scotsdale.....I work till 1am the night before....I am also worryed about my numbers...there not the best...

my number of calls are good well for the amount of calls that come in its good....i belive my surveys are good....I roll a few tomany calls but i can explain that away as i am away from my desk helping other agents....

but then theres my sales....there not the best...hell i think there down right horrid...but the low call volume.....i cant make it sound like an excuse though so ive got to say pretty much that i do what i can with the numbers haha

hmm also i do have a letter of recomondation also a few supervisors have been saying good things about me so yea

if i dont get this job im going to apply for a billing job or first shift...if i dont get eather of those ill be trying to get another job at another company...brother sister work there as do a bunch of my freinds
