As this posts, I am in Michigan hanging out with my in-laws for the week. Very laid back, just the way I like it. Had some gifts waiting for me after I already did great in Chicago with my wife and daughter.
But ON Christmas day, the three of us mostly relaxed at our place in Chicago, not on any real schedule, just our own as we went along. Starting this year now, when we stay in town and don't entertain or go to anyone else's place, we're going to Chinatown, weather-permitting. Reminiscent of the finale of "A Christmas Story," we went out for some Asian cuisine and took in the sights, sounds and smells. It was wonderful, and I am truly blessed and grateful.
