• Blog. Meaningful, concise, long, funny, stupid, anything. Just blog.
• Comment on sets
• Get into public groups that are relevant to your interests. (Private groups usually have membership requirements that you are too new to meet so don't bother with them yet)
• Enter the boards at your own risk. They can be unwieldy and overwhelming for a n00b (see CE Board note at the end)
• Comment on your freinds blogs. You can keep track of them using the "Friend's Blog Page" link on "MYSG" (gray button next to your name up top)
• Always spell/grammar check your posts. If you don't, people will think you are a dumbass.
• Do not become a girl collector. A girl collector is someone who only has pretty girls as freinds on SG. They are not considered contributing members of the SG community and most contributing members disapprove of the practice.
• Pay attention. The general social dynamic of SG (which I think is almost better than all the bewbs) has subtleties that you will catch on to. Example: spoilering, when to use "^^" instead of the reply function.
• Have some fucking fun! Explore, figure out how everything works, where everything is and how you can use it to have a damn good time.

Lastly, you should stay away from the CE (Current Evenst) Board for now. It's a place for heated political discussion, so unless you really know your politics OR are willing to take a verbal lashing, RUN AWAY! I don't know what your politics are, but figure that the community on a porn site would be more liberal than conservative. Once you understand how the site works (i.e., how did she make that list thing?) and board etiquette (i.e., WTF did she mean by spoilering?), it will be much easier to interact with the hardcore users (such as myself) who populate that board.
