Now, I don't have a scale, so I don't have any hard numbers, but I have this:
Before I started gave up soda and started eating healthier, I had this shirt I never wore because it didn't fit. It was too tight. I hated the shirt because of that. Anyway, I put it away, and forgot entirely about it. Well, a couple days ago I picked it up, not even thinking about the earlier problems I had with it. Well, I put it on, and wore it for a few hours, and then realized..."this shirt is loose now!"

I've been drinking a lot of water too. It's pretty much all I have been drinking. And I think today I'm up to 3 1/2 liters. Guh damn that's a lot of water.
I think my next phase is actually exercising. But today after work I was so exhausted I barely want to move.
