I had an epic weekend and really couldn't ask for more.
Friday I got wasted with the new roommates and I LOVE them. Soooooo much. I live with 5 of the coolest people who have a lot in common with me - one of them being the love for drinking. After getting bombed at a bar we came back, played drunk scrabble, gave up on it, went swimming at 2am which then facilitated drunken shower time. And oh yes, there is 8mm footage of us showering. It'll float around after I get it developed.
Saturday I went out the the desert looking for a bar and a place to shoot some test footage. We found a town called 29 Palms, and the Palm Bar, which is now my 2nd favorite bar.
Then at 1:30 East coast time I became an uncle! Here is little Ava Rose, my sister's baby.
Sunday we left 29 Palms, after getting breakfast at the bar (much scarier in the morning) and stumbled upon Joshua Tree National Park
I love California.
