Full moon? I can handle that - In fact I prefer it.

I love those moments where everything falls into place. Not so much fate (although sometimes I'm a believer), but more like the options are laid out in front of you and you choose which ones and you pick which paths you want to follow.

So I'm in Michigan, yes - but for a limited amount of time. It is much easier handling my hometown when I know its only for a short while. And I LOVE Michigan in the summer. I really couldn't imagine a better place to be. Detroit is a hop skip and a jump away, but I can still get a taste of the outdoors where I live.

People are friendly, and the weather is respectable.

I've been taking a lot of pictures recently, and getting positive feedback from strangers on them. It feels really good because as much as I love filmmaking, photography is where my heart lies. I made the switch to digital last fall, and as much as I like the analog, it doesn't have the power digital has.
