Typically, I am the least involved person on the planet...but a co-worker brought this to my attention, so I figured I would share since I know so many of you other Columbus people LOVE your animals.
PetPromise is a non-profit organization that rescues and houses homeless animals until they are healthy enough/ready to be put up for adoption. They are having a walk/run on May 23, 2009 in downtown Columbus. I am trying to raise a little bit of money for them.
A coworker and I are planning on participating. I never ask my friends and family for money or donations of any kind. This is the one time I will make an exception to that rule.
I set up a team if anyone else is interested in participating. It is Team SG. You still earn all your own donations...we're just listed as a team.
