Oh hey, forgot an extra dose of hilarity from the lakehouse. The "big pencil" incident. I was poking around the house and found a pencil large enough that I couldn't fit my hand around it...it was actually too heavy for me to write with. It ended up looking like a 4-year old had attempted to write my name in cursive.
The inappropriate jokes about Ash handling large, hard objects started...thankfully, the parents had already gone to bed at that time.
My best friend is currently doing her med school rounds in OB/GYN. She delivered her first baby today and was so excited. She also, in her graphic detail, reinforced my beliefs that I am not having children. Ever. I'm am trying to convince her that when her rounds are done in August she needs to move to Columbus and work for one of the good hospitals here.
Starting in December, I will lose my last college friends who still live in Columbus. I am pretty bummed out about this. My two good friends are moving to Tennessee on Dec. 10th. They're having a huge going away party on Dec. 8th, which will be a good time, but it will be so sad. The majority of my friends live in Northwest Ohio, Northeast Ohio, or Dayton.
2 more days of work, then a 4-day weekend. YaY!

I don't think a single person I knew in college actually lived in state, and many not even in the country, so it wasn't surprising that everyone left. Leaving was really sad.
