I'm in the mood for a badass meal tonight. I'm pondering the possibility of cooking Thai chicken with potatoes or pesto-stuffed chicken breasts and green beans. Then there's always jerk chicken, which makes me feel like I'm on a dirt road in Jamaica buying my meal from a dirty old woman with a garbage-can grill. That's a good feeling, dammit.
