if only i could describe to you- the amount of drive and ambition and forward momentum this one tiny girl is producing in her life right now. start every morning with some kind of blind affirmations telling myself i can do it- i am doing it. and creating and generating like a tasmanian devil.... my book will get completed and published.... my phone will ring off the hook with sweetly rewarded gigs.... i will graduate from an elite fine art institution with honors - no less than seventeen years from the time i originally started college. i will create amazing art that people will want to own- and all while being an amazing parent with three brilliant sophisticated children who are awestruck by the power their single (and really really single) mom flexes in front of their eyes each and every day. no one to lean on- but herself. this is incredible. i haven't had a breath to check-in with my SG music-god. but landing here this evening... i am reminded how divine it would be to truly be one's muse. ~k~
