A decent weekend...went dancing and drinking with Gina,Erica,and Giuseppe...fun friends,a fun time.

Now the work can begin again as MonkeyGod begins a mammoth rehearsal this weekend...to prepare for the recording of our debut cd the following weekend.

All is well,except I'm broke as hell...until I graduate from school in December!

What the hell,lifes so sweet and good!

~Stuck alone in the dreamy shallows ;

Thank God its Friday! What a wacked out drama filled week!
R&R and party time wasting is just what the doc ordered,plenty of both!

I declare July accident prone month for me...1st my smashed toe..then I smacked the side of my nose with the cabinet door this a.m.,while getting vitamins....inattention,distraction...errr......

Hump day...hmmm....I just want this weeks fluff to end..and on to the fun and games!

Life is good....on track again. What a difference a positive mindset,affirmations,and a strong belief in yourself will do!

WEll...the smashed toe is getting better, the pain has gone and its beginning to heal,although still looks kinda hurt..although I do believe I will lose that toe nail....errgh! The big toe is healing too...its amazing how we take simple things...

At the gym this AM,inattention has caused me to drop a 10lb weight from head level onto my toe!!!!Its split open ,bruised and swollen....I'll take all my vitamins,herbs and treat it!!!!

woopedee fuckin doo....not much happening with family and friends..so today I wrote poetry,practiced guitar and music,and did artwork! Productive but...well ..certainly not very celebratory...for the 4th!
