Matt went to bed early this evening and around 11 I had this huge hankering for a Slurpee. So, I walked 2 blocks down the street by myself. I know that doesn't sound like a big deal, but.. this neighbourhood isn't the greatest. We've had people trying to get into our building lately, and apparently in the past people who did get in would go around trying doors. Scary!
Anyways, I got there and back safely. And damn! They were busy! It was kind of nice being out on my own though. It made of think of when Matt was out at sea & I'd have to go out by myself. Hm.
