It was windy as fuck today. And so cold that unless you're wearing a hoodie and sitting in full sunshine, you're going to shiver. To make matters worse, one of the parents was late picking up their kid, making me miss the train. So I got to sit in that wind for an hour, waiting for the next one. Dumb.
Anyways. I have a love affair with palm trees. One of my favorite views is looking over an urban area and seeing a single palm tree towering above everything else. It makes me smile that Nature has its little victories.
