I've gone from hating my time in London quite severely to not hating it all so much, finally...
We signed a 3 month lease here about 2 weeks ago to stay in a little room in a 9 people to 5 bedroom sharehouse. It's in a converted old cottage looking thing on a nice street. The house itself isn't in the best condition, but it's better then a poke in the eye. We have until the end of the second month of the lease to decide if we want to extend.
Because we want to go back to Paris and get over to Rome (and maybe Florrence, etc) too before we go home again (whenever that is) we're going to look into jobs. I'm not too keen to work here (because I don't like it that much yet) but my boy is keen to find some work - he's very keen to go country hoping so he's keen to make the monies. We're looking forward to looking around, but I'm really still looking forward to going home.
