Oh wow... what a couple of weeks it has been!
Firstly I just want to say thank you again to everyone who left messages on my debut set... I must say! I wasn't really expecting THAT big of a response! Some of the messages were sooooo sweet that you guys really left me feeling warm and fluffy after reading them all! =)
On that note I have ANOTHER set going up in MR April 10th....

Im really happy with how it turned out, Its self shot again, but I put a lot of thought into trying to tell a bit of a story with the photos... It's based on the lyrics of one of my songs... I do hope ya'll will take a moment to check it out when it goes up on the site
I've got a photoshoot lined up in the coming weeks with one of the fab staff photographers (ishan photgraphy) although he will prolly want to beat me with his camera by the time he gets around to doing it because I've already flaked on him twice.... once for being a klutz and falling down the stairs at work leaving me covered in bruises... the second time for just being an idiot in general and losing track of my days... DOH!

in other news.... Music is going goooood....
I got the masters back for my band's debut album this week.... YAY! .... so i suppose that means it will finally get released in the coming months... for those who are curious and have not checked any earlier blogs I front an 'electro-rock' band called 'Sex & Circuitry' ....my guitarist was part of 'The Prodigy' in the glory days of Fat of the Land, and Keith Flint's attempt at a solo career... for anyone who was a fan of their sound or who recently discovered them now that they are in the midst of their big come back I suggest you check us out! (the sound is quite similar for the obvious reasons) but we're better of course! (only because Keith could never rock a mini skirt on stage as well as me... mwhahahahaha)

In other news!
I got a DJ booking in San Fran coming up in July.... (the 2nd to be precise... @ Mighty) ..... and words can not adequately describe just how STOKED I am about this! I've never been to California, and constantly have to listen to how awesome the parties are there from pretty much everyone I associate with in music... That being said... IM SOOOOO LOOKING FORWARD TO IT! bring it! July cant come quick enough!
On the studio front...
I'm doing LOTS of vocal collabs at the moment. Im not sure why but everyone and there dog wants to rape my voice suddenly. Which is great i guess.... if not slightly taxing on both my time and creative juices...
I've also been doing lots of "Sync Work" (music for licensing in film / Tv / Game) and I've been doing a bit of co-production on Jim (above mentioned guitarist from my band)'s next 'guitar instrumental album.... again great... but I'm fast starting to feel like all I ever do when I sit down in front of my sequencer is "bitch work for other people".....
meh....
I cant wait to have a little time to get back to doing my solo stuff....
and so.... that's my big update of doom... if you read all that... I do worry that you might have too much time on your hands.... but hey! nevermind!....
oh.... one more thing i just GOTTA share.....
when word got out to my small music scene that i was getting naked on the internet.... it caused a bit of a stir.... (a good stir of course... mostly in the pants of men in my scene) haha....
20 pages of discussion on the main message board for my music later.... and someone thought they'd capitalise on the hype by making a parody of one of my teasers to promote their label...
