So I used to be an MMA fighter and spent years in the gym full time and working full time. I was in the best shape of my life took a pro fight got down to 189lbs at weigh in lowest I had been since I was probably 13 and I was 28 at that point. Fast forward 10 years and more weight than I care to admit I’ve started a journey to get back down to about 220-230 where I felt the best! So this year I’m down 25-35 lbs so far. I’m eating cleaner, cut out all soda, and riding my mountain bike every morning before work. I’m not using a scale to judge where I’m at it’s all about how I feel and what I see in the mirror. So here are way before pics more recent and where I stand this morning.
