Trust and respect. Those are the two most critical elements in the jewelry business. They are currency no money can buy. Without trust and respect a jeweler will not last long. And the only way to earn such things is through good work and making your word your bond. If that trust and respect is lost you rarely get it back. So guard it carefully....
