Finally painting the showroom! Goddamn is it gonna look good. I'll have to post pictures when it's done.

Shit, looks like I'm going to have to trot out "Mr. Lawrence" on a customer. Mr. Lawrence don't take no shit from unruly customers.

I have this feeling that I'm more of a pest to people than someone worth knowing. Always seems like I'm the last on the list, if I make the list.

Trust and respect. Those are the two most critical elements in the jewelry business. They are currency no money can buy. Without trust and respect a jeweler will not last long. And the only way to earn such things is through good work and making your word your bond. If that trust and respect is lost you rarely get it back. So guard it carefully....
