Best advice I've ever been given about business: get rid of your headaches, even if they're people. I think that easily applies to personal life.

Dunno why that comment works, but I suppose others have had people in their lives who are nothing but headaches. I'd rather deal with honest people, even if I have less to gain, than those who present themselves as nothing but problems.
