As someone who's been there and occasionally falls in again every so often, I know it's a very difficult place to be. What helps me get through it, I cannot stress this enough...try and take up yoga. If possible with a class near you. Yoga is proven to help keep a balanced mind and body and going out and seeing people will help you feel less alone. And if the group you're with doesn't work for you...try another. The key is to get some light exercise which will help release a positive chemical into your brain, out into the fresh air and socialising. I'm currently training in burlesque which is an incredible experience and if you can find a school near you, I encourage you to try. Otherwise, I recommend yoga. You can start slow then increase at your own speed. Hope this helps...we're here for you.
