Struggling

Finding life really hard at the moment. My mental health is really bad, I went through a patch of not having my meds which has probably caused it. I just don't know why i'm here. I feel like i'm such a broken and useless human being there's not much point in trying anymore. Why when everything just continues to be hard for me. I literally don't have the energy to keep being me anymore. I had a huge meltdown to my mum today which was hard for her now i'm 200 miles away but she's the only person that makes me feel better. I moved all this way so I could start a new life and see my friends and nobody wants to come see me now i'm here. It's my birthday in a few weeks and nobody wants to do anything. Life is just super hard and i'm about ready for it either become easy or just stop.

As someone who's been there and occasionally falls in again every so often, I know it's a very difficult place to be. What helps me get through it, I cannot stress this enough...try and take up yoga. If possible with a class near you. Yoga is proven to help keep a balanced mind and body and going out and seeing people will help you feel less alone. And if the group you're with doesn't work for you...try another. The key is to get some light exercise which will help release a positive chemical into your brain, out into the fresh air and socialising. I'm currently training in burlesque which is an incredible experience and if you can find a school near you, I encourage you to try. Otherwise, I recommend yoga. You can start slow then increase at your own speed. Hope this helps...we're here for you.
