I got woke up early this morning by the sound of heavy machinery outside my apartment. For some reason beyone me they decided to tear up the sidewalks leading up to the apartments. I could maybe understand this were it not for the fact that the sidewalks are still in pretty well perfect condition. I guess the money's in the budget and they have to spend it somehow. Ahh, the joys of living in public housing.
