geez... the Suicidegirls members from around here got together today and I really wanted to go.... incidentally they even went somewhere where a friend of mine (and other guitarist in the band I'm in) works as a bartender but I totally missed it.... that very same friend of mine, Brian, wanted to do some experimental recording last night (experimental for US anyway) so we were up till around 4 doing that (I mean seriously I did a SHAKER track) and we didn't even finish... we were going to put more guitar on top of it and maybe some weird percussion and a track of this weird old out-of-tune piano at our practice space....anyway I overslept and totally missed it... I actually wanted to meet some people from this whole thing... maybe I'll just invite them all to one of our shows or something ... there are some bars we play that don't charge cover so that might be cool... anyway that sucks sucks.....

on the good side of things ...I started my first thread and it actually didn't suck... people actually post in it... so thats rad... that made me way happier than it probably should have (way dorky).... I'm making some potatoes au gratin that will hopefully be cool....and a couple of nights ago I made something thats a bit like Kugel (but I'm not sure its kosher) but could be described as Itallian egg custard with egg noodles.....it came out pretty well.... if anyone wants the recipe I'll gladly share.....I really like cooking.... which is also way dorky.... I even call people and offer to bring them some food I made... I get really proud about it.....

We have a get together this friday but I work. I'm gonna go just a little late. Thaks for saying what you said about my painting. It was a picture I took when I was in the South of France on that student trip I told you about. I want to go back so bad.
